Section 141
The action will not stop even if the date has passed

(1) If any party to the case is absent on the date fixed by the court and the date passes, after the expiry of the period for adjournment of the date according to paragraph-21, the following matters shall be as follows:-
(a) If the defendant fails to submit the reply, the claim should be dismissed,
(b) After submission of the reply letter, if the defendant has passed the date, the defendant has partially or fully accepted the complaint claim, or if it is determined that the remaining claim should be dismissed to the extent that it is settled accordingly,
(c) If the defendant does not submit the counter-answer or if the date passes after the submission of the counter-answer, he should consider the complaint, evidence and the evidence of the defendant submitted by the defendant and take action as determined on the basis thereof,
(d) After the filing of the plaint or the submission of the reply, both the plaintiff and the defendant should dismiss the case if the date has passed.
(2) If the case is dismissed as per clause (a), (b) or (d) of sub-section (1), no further claim shall be filed against the same defendant on the same subject.
